Our investors can invest as little as $25,000 in most of our syndicated projects, and can typically be accredited or non-accredited. As sponsor, we invest alongside our investment partners, we sign on the loans, manage the assets, invest our own money and time. When you invest with us you become a partner, not just an investor.

Most of our investments provide monthly distributions, paid directly to your account. Depending on the specific property and investment structure, some opportunities may offer quarterly distributions. The payment schedule is clearly outlined in each investment offering.

While returns vary by property and market conditions, our multifamily investments typically target 7-10% annual cash-on-cash returns and 15-20% annualized total returns including property appreciation. We focus on investments that provide both consistent cash flow and long-term value appreciation.

How long is the investment term?

Most of our investment opportunities have a 5-7 year projected hold period. However, we continually evaluate market conditions and may recommend earlier exits if advantageous for our investors. Each investment offering includes a detailed business plan with projected timelines.

Do I need to be an accredited investor?

Some of our investment opportunities are limited to accredited investors, while others may be available to sophisticated non-accredited investors. We'll help determine which opportunities match your investor status and financial goals.
