Who We Partner With?

Our investors can invest as little as $25,000 in most of our syndicated projects, and can typically be accredited or non-accredited. As sponsor, we invest alongside our investment partners, we sign on the loans, manage the assets, invest our own money and time. When you invest with us you become a partner, not just an investor.

Multifamily Syndication

We acquire and manage apartment communities where we can increase the value of the property under our ownership and streamline management and technology systems. We will syndicate the investment opportunity with our investor partners.

Multifamily Value Add

We acquire and renovate apartment communities. We specialize in deferred properties and reposition them into great income producing assets. We favor the top 75 MSA markets with favorable business climates, renter demographics, and colleges or universities nearby. We love areas whereby we see future, redevelopment and improvements. Up-and-coming neighborhoods are a plus.

Justin Brennan

Founder of The Brennan Pohle Group. Justin focuses on property acquisition, underwriting, construction and development. Justin grew up learning from his father, Jim Brennan, who developed over 8,000 multi-family and single family subdivisions throughout CA, NV, AZ, ID.

Christopher Pohle

Founder of The Brennan Pohle Group. Chris focuses on investor relations, capital management and strategic direction of BP. A U.S. Marine, Chris founded Tactical Edge, a modern software company designing military-grade, secure software systems for the U.S. Military and Commerical Customers.

Ian Johnston

Ian has been practicing tax accountant and business advisor since 2007 in Southern California. He offers significant capabilities in taxation, personal income tax, corporate returns, accounting, payroll, bookkeeping and much more.

Our investment opportunities typically start at $25,000, but we occasionally offer different investment tiers to accommodate various investor profiles. Contact us to discuss options that might work for your specific situation.

How often are distributions paid?

Most of our investments provide monthly distributions, paid directly to your account. Depending on the specific property and investment structure, some opportunities may offer quarterly distributions. The payment schedule is clearly outlined in each investment offering.

What are the expected returns?

While returns vary by property and market conditions, our multifamily investments typically target 7-10% annual cash-on-cash returns and 15-20% annualized total returns including property appreciation. We focus on investments that provide both consistent cash flow and long-term value appreciation.

How long is the investment term?

Most of our investment opportunities have a 5-7 year projected hold period. However, we continually evaluate market conditions and may recommend earlier exits if advantageous for our investors. Each investment offering includes a detailed business plan with projected timelines.

Do I need to be an accredited investor?

Some of our investment opportunities are limited to accredited investors, while others may be available to sophisticated non-accredited investors. We'll help determine which opportunities match your investor status and financial goals.
